Molded as a single part, our individual 0.2mL tube with attached optically clear flat cap achieve even and precise thermal transfer while minimizing evaporation in your qPCR.  Precision molded using only ultra-clear, virgin, medical grade polypropylene for clarity and sample visualization.

Optically clear flat caps are ideal for fluorescence detection, luminescence, and imaging techniques including qPCR.  The upper surfaces are extremely clear and offer greatly improved light transmittance over standard flat caps. Light signals pass through uninhibited for consistent and reliable qPCR performance.

Caps have longer cap flanges that produce a tight fit and reduce sample evaporation.  Tubes with attached caps are regularly quality tested for evaporation rates and must exhibit less than 3% sample loss.

Recommended for low throughput applications, these tubes are designed to fit all standard 0.2mL block thermal cyclers.  Each tube is joined to a cap, their thin and consistent wall thickness optimizes heat transfer to maximize yield.
